Click the Member Proposal Form button to submit a proposal for the 2025 PG&E Agreement negotiations.
The form uses the Adobe Sign platform; simply fill in the required fields, sign the form, and then click the blue "Click to Sign" button that appears once the signature part is complete (and all required fields are completed). You will then get an email message from Adobe to verify your email address, this process only requires you to click the link in the email message to verify your address. Once you verify your email address, you will get a subsequent email from Adobe stating you have completed the proposal form process.
Your input is encouraged and valued. You can also submit proposals at your Unit meeting or through your Business Representative. Contact your Business Representative with any questions or comments you may have.
